  1. This Privacy Policy applies to the website operated under the domain named forestapartment.pl, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”.
  2. Robert Guzmański, Haaksbergerweg 1, 7471 LS Goor, Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”, is the operator of the Website and personal data controller.

The Controller processes user information in accordance with the provisions of law, in particular with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/48/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – OJ EU.L 2016.119.1 – hereinafter referred to as GDPR, the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services.

    5. the right to object at any time to the processing of his/her personal data for reasons relating to his/her particular situation, as referred to in Article 21(1) GDPR.
  6. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint against the processing of his/her personal data by the Controller to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Methods of collecting data

  1. This Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user who uses the contact form or fills in the online booking form, including forename, surname, telephone and email address. This Website also records information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  2. During the user’s visit to the Website, data on the user’s visit are automatically collected, e.g. IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type. This information is not collated with any other personal data of individual users.
  3. This Website uses data contained in cookies, i.e. small text files sent to the device of the user who visits the Website (see below).

Purposes of data collection and processing

  1. Personal data provided by the user in the contact form are used in order to answer the submitted query.
  2. Personal data provided to the Controller in the booking form are processed in order to accept a booking using the online booking system and to perform the services provided by the Controller on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  3. Information collected by automated means is used for the administration of the Website and security features and for statistical analysis purposes.
  4. Cookies are used to create statistics and to adapt the content of the Website to user’s preferences and to optimise the use of the Website.

  1. The Controller uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited). The Controller provides only anonymised information and does not provide personal data to the operator of this service. This service is based on the use of cookies on user’s terminal device.
